2. Milton Kirk Cordes - In jailed since December 14, 1998, Milton Kirk Cordes violated the Lacey Act.

3. Richard Micheal Culpepper - In jailed since January 15, 1988, Culpepper gave false statements to the United States Government.

4. Brenda Jean Dolenz-Helmer - In jailed since December 31, 1998, Dolenz-Helmer was charge of a misprision of a felony.

5. Andrew Foster Harley - In jailed since April 17, 1985, Harley was been charge of use and distribution of marijuana and cocaine.

6. Obie Gene Helton - In jailed since April 1, 1983, Helton was charge of unauthorized acquisition of food stamps.

7. Carey C. Hice Sr. - In jailed since March 5, 1996, Hice was charge for income tax evasion.

8. Geneva Yvonne Hogg - In jailed since June 19, 1980, Hogg was charge for bank embezzlement.

9. William Hoyle McCright Jr. - In jailed since October 20, 1986, McCright was charge of making false entries or bank statements.

10. Paul Julian McCurdy - In jailed since February 12, 1988, McCurdy was charge of misapplication of bank funds by a bank officer.

11. Robert Earl Mohon Jr. - In jailed since October 22, 1987, Mohon was charge of conspiring to distribute marijuana.

12. Ronald Alan Mohrhoff - In jailed since October 9, 1984, Mohrhoff was charge of possession of cocaine and use telephone in furtherance of a narcotics felony.

13. Daniel Figh Pue III - In jailed since October 25, 1996, Pue was charge of illegal disposal of a hazardous waste without a permit and transportation of a hazardous waste to not assigned facility for disposal.

14. Orion Lynn Vick - In jailed since June 17, 1975, Vick was charge of aiding and abetting the theft of government property.
